Customer Service Supervisor

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the customer service Team Leads and Customer Service team. The Customer Service Supervisor must have a minimum of 2 years managing a heavy inbound call center. Must have healthcare knowledge in practices and procedures, including patient billing and insurance billing. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The core responsibilities of a Customer Service Supervisor are management of staff assigned, ensure all inbound and out bound calls are answered and made within existing guidelines. Ability to coach or take over calls requiring assistance. Ensure the highest level of Customer Service is performed by Team. Staff counseling and continued development. Ensure Service Level agreement goals are met and or exceeded. This position requires the ability to work independently, accomplish goals, excellent customer service and communication skills, creativity, patience and flexibility. Customer Service Supervisor reports to the department Manager.

High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of two years previous work experience as a Customer Service Representative Supervisor. Must have full understanding of customer service, insurance follow-up processes (i.e. Billing, Collections, Managed Care, Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Practices), and well developed inter-personal skills.

Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is the organization’s liaison between patients, patients' relatives, and the healthcare organization; handles patients' questions, complaints, problems and concerns. The core responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative are answering in and out bound calls, research, insurance and adjustment identification to ensure proper account resolution. Insurance Follow-Up Representative

The Insurance Follow-Up Representative position is responsible for all insurance follow-up on assigned accounts from the PAS management team. The core responsibilities of an insurance follow-up representative include research, insurance billing and adjustment identification to ensure proper account resolution. This position requires the ability to work independently, accomplish goals, excellent customer service and communication skills, creativity, patience and flexibility. Insurance Follow-Up Representatives rely on guidelines established by the organization to perform job functions and work under general supervision in a moderately fast paced environment.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of two years previous work experience as an insurance follow-up representative is also required. The applicant must have a full understanding of insurance follow-up processes (i.e. Billing, Collections, Managed Care, Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Practices), and possess well-developed interpersonal skills.

On Site Clerical Support Representative

The On Site Clerical Support provides support to the On-Site staff by processing clerical duties to enable them to concentrate their efforts to customer service and insurance follow-up efforts. Duties may include photocopying, filing, mail sorting and distribution, receptionist duties, and data entry.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of one year previous work experience as an office support representative is desired. Must have full understanding of office processes and well developed inter-personal skills.

Production Analyst (CUBS)

Position available in Houston, TX

The Production Analyst is a key position within the company with a vital role for data interface management. Incumbents must possess ability to work on complex projects drawing on in-depth knowledge of analytical support and work processes to input and update data, and provide analyses and reports in order to maintain the utmost integrity of all data sets.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience is required. A minimum of 2 years of data management experience is necessary. An understanding of database formats, import mechanisms, file manipulation techniques and SQL is desired. Working experience in web-based analysis and report production specifically related to CUBS desired.

Applications Support Analyst (CUBS)

Position available in Houston, TX

The Applications Support Analyst is a key position within the company with a high level of responsibility for operational performance. Incumbents must possess ability to work on complex projects drawing on in-depth knowledge of analytical support and work processes to administer CUBS modules, maintain dictionary parameters and lead initiatives to enhance use of the system and improve design.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience is required. A minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible related technical experience, including 3 years developing large, technically complex systems. Two years with major responsibility for revising and controlling technical documentation of a complex system. Specific working experience in web-based analysis specifically related to CUBS programs. Two years experience of project management and administration.
